Now, re-read those last two items: he's an EXPERT on counter-terrorism and missile defense systems, two things we are failing at miserably right now. It is either an elaborate gag born from his heavy drug rock-n-roll days, the ultimate bar bet gone bad, or he's bringing down the government from within.
