Yes, that's right. This has been my plan for a while now. You see, a cute baby is a gift to society. I'm thinking that the people with the cute ones would pay little to no taxes, while the people with the less cute babies would pick up the slack a little, tax-wise. I'm not sure what childfree individuals like me would do within the system. We would have an American Idol style board of judges (which would be culturally and ethnically diverse, of course) every year to evaluate which babies are the "tax-free" ones and which ones have the parent or parents that...have to pay a few taxes that year. Only until the babies are toddlers, of course. Because: are toddlers ever cute?

Oh, come on. It's so not worse than anything Bush has done or proposed.
