Three Aggies were stumbling home from the bar one night, and decided to try hitchhiking. Two farmers in a pickup come by and "Well, hop on into the back, we'll git ya home!"

The Aggies hop in and settle down to enjoy the wind blowing their hair. As the truck crosses a bridge, the farmer driving has a heart attack and drives through the railing into the water.

Survivors?

Two. The farmer in the passenger seat pulls the other one out of the truck and swims to shore.

How did the Aggies die?

Because they couldn't figure out how to open the tailgate.
