4. green chili pork
big chunk o pork - cook for a few hours and skim off most of liquid - add a can of green chili enchilada sauce and cook a couple more hours - all on low. Serve on warm tortillas (I prefer corn but flour are fine) with fresh chopped cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro or whatever. Or make burritos. or just eat with a fork and some rice and refries.


bbq meat - any meat - pork, chicken, beef ame as above but add bbq sauce


stews, pot roast, anything that takes a while to cook is perfect for the crock pot.
