I can't walk into a store anymore without choking on some woman's idea of "smells good".

I was always taught to spray 2 squirts of mist in front of you and then walk into it.

I think their problem is they wear their perfume so heavy and so often that their noses become accustomed to it. They don't smell it as well, and put more on to make up for what they don't smell anymore. Although, they forget that our noses are just fine.

Sorry that happened during an exam. I'm sure it was hard to concentrate.
