That is - the kind with a little hook at the end of the head - you may wind up having to "pick up" the toilet. Remove all the water, close the shut-off valve, remove the nuts that hold it down and then physically pick up the toilet, turn it upside down, whatever it takes to remove the shit inside and then reinstall it.

I used to charge $125.00 to do this and it was considered cheap in my market (NYC)

You should have used gloves to keep the smell and contamination off your hands. It may take the better part of day to get rid of it. Keep using the stuff you used already.
