Pitbull, one week old. Just came through my door, literally. Carried, of course. Just fed her a ghastly mix of egg, condensed milk and Karo. Ick. Eyes and ears are still closed, but she's an eater. Took a bottle like a champ.

Guess this one has a shot at living. Her siblings...not so lucky.

So long, nights of sleep. Funny, puppies like this are always a major disruption here. We have a few ex-breeder momma dogs here, and they all know when a baby comes in. Instinct, I guess.
