Need some dieting advice
Advertisements [?]
Ever since my divorce, I couldn't care less about my weight, or how high it went. I'm a big guy.. I always averaged around 215 at 6'2" (lift weights). Well Since the "D", I became depressed and gained a significant amount of weight. It took me some time.. to long, but I feel ready to move on and get healthy.

My question is, does anyone know any good sites on the net concerning dieting, healthy foods etc that I can use to help my progress? I'm not much of a cook but am willing to learn. In August, my 3 kids will be coming home from their visit with their mother so I'd like to be well under way with this so I can somewhat include them on this life style change.

Thanks,

~1awake
