7. No, I'll go vote after the munchkins get done commuting to the schools.
I want to avoid THAT traffic and I sure don't want to hit one of the slow ones. We have a lot of those around here. Our polling place is at the slow kids school right down the street. I should NOT have told you that. I'll never hear the end of it,

Still, I'll be heading out around 9:00 or 9:30 to vote after they have corralled all those ankle biters into rooms and locked them inside...so they won't mob me. Children seem to really like me. I have to hide from them.

Plus my aunt just woke up too and needs to go to the bathroom before I go vote. That is why I am up at this ungodly, wretched, treacherous hour. If she hadn't had a bad leg cramp and screamed out in pain and needed to get out of bed, I'd still be out cold. She's ok now though. Once I moved her leg from that awkward position, it stopped all that. She said as soon as her Darvocet kicks in, we can attempt the toilet. So, I'm thinking I'll be going to vote around 9 or 9:30. It's raining like crazy and nasty out, though. That's not a good sign for Democrats in this area. Democrats tend not to vote when it is rainy around here. I still vote whether it rains or the sun shines. Always.
