7. That is so funny and creative.
Its like internet posting in real life on street telephone polls.

I did want to comment on bottom right note, since it regards temporal lore.

In the short story, "Face In the Photo" by Jack Finney 1962, first printed in 1962 Saturday Evening Post (possible different title). And found in "8th annual edition The Years Best S-F" 1963.

The best location for temporal transportation is clearly explained to be the beach. Quite simply land terrain changes either houses or structures could be built, trees could grow, even mountains get taller and shorter.

But a drop onto a beach, is both a soft landing and structure free, for the most part. For longer trips where even the beach can not be guaranteed secure, a drop a few meters out and up, still a soft landing and only a short distance to shore, but a bit wet.

Note: I do not believe in temporal lore, but you may also notice that story also fits part of the idea behind the "Dr Who" Episode "Crying Angels", I got a hunch "Dr Who" writers are perusing old temporal lore stories in sci fi for ideas. LOL, shrug, but who doesn't LOL
