Sony: I've avoided them ever since the DRM rootkit debacle.

My mom has a Toshiba, and has only had trouble with the fan not preventing overheating.

Dell's ok if you can stand their politics. Feeling in a better mood with the Repukes defeated, so I might go back to them.
