You have to know that there is a market for that business. If it deals with agencies who regulate food, or how you must shelve it, etc, then you have to know your method of doing this.

You must have a business plan, and don't get into debt.

IOW, start working towards it now, and this alone may show you the direction. It eventually becomes clearer and easier if you trust in the universe.
