To be hosted by Neil deGrasse Tyson - Check, he's interesting and rather Saganesque. A wise choice.

Written by Ann Druyan (Sagan's widow) and Steven Soter, who worked with Sagan on the original series - Check.

To be broadcast in 2013 on FOX -- Huh???? Fox, as in 'Married with Children' and 'American Idol'? Rupert Murdoch's Fox, whose Faux News isn't exactly science-friendly??? The for-profit network that has been known to cancel new series after 1 or 2 episodes if they didn't get good ratings???

Produced by Seth MacFarlane of 'Family Guy' fame? WTF???
