7. It has been part of their agenda for a while now.
Rep. George Nethercutt (R-WA) introduced..."H.R.2795, 'The Agroterrorism Prevention Act of 2001,' expands the 1992 Animal Enterprise Protection Act to ostensibly protect biotech, timber, and other agricultural or biological products from "terrorists" who engage or conspire in activities that include 'physical disruption' resulting in 'loss of any property.'"

I'm not sure how up to date this info is but it did not take them very long to go after environmentalists under the guise of fightin' terra.
