"Britain's violent crime record is worse than any other country in the European union, it has been revealed.

Official crime figures show the UK also has a worse rate for all types of violence than the U.S. and even South Africa - widely considered one of the world's most dangerous countries."


While you can't say that more guns equal less crime, the evidence continues to pile up that more guns certainly don't equal more crime. We have vastly more firearms than Britain and yet they have a higher violent crime rate.

"Oh, but at least nobody's getting shot in Britain!", the anti-firearm folks will exclaim. Instead, victims are forced to endure physical contests of strength against their attackers.
