As guaranteed as their retirements are, the Bush economy is making the American dollar worthless.

You really think they can get Sandra Day O'Connor again? Her legacy has been utterly trashed. What about the non-entity Kennedy?

Remember that fiscal conservatives have abandoned George. Only misinformed fundies and active fascists are supporting him. And McCain.

It also depends on the Congressional vote. If DeLay is defeated, his lame duck whip hand won't be much good, and the Dems might prefer to throw the choice to Congress than the Supremes. Also, many Congressmen might enjoy a chance to pay Tom back.
