11. The evidence of "fraud" is scanty, at best.
We have abundant evidence of imperfect technology, but outright fraud? That's a very specific term that has a specific legal meaning, and not to be thrown around lightly. We need to focus on:

1.) How to fix the technology;

2.) Figure out WHY 3 million people liked Bush better than Kerry.

A much more productive use of our time and money, IMO.
