Fellow Madisonian John Stauber co-wrote a very good book about the PR industry, and how they've been getting local news stations to run fake news stories (actually unlabeled infomercials) for YEARS.

The very SAME PR agencies are now hired by the Bush administration to produce exactly the same sort of fake news tapes.

Read it, and learn. Your local news stations does NOT have a 'special health correspondent' -- that 'correspondent' is a paid shill for industry.
