given the level of apathy that exists in much of this country what do you propose? seriously, people were given so many options for being educated about what these crooks did over the past four years, yet they still preferred to let the wool be pulled over the eyes than accept how bad it is. things like "swift boats", fox news, and clear channel ran roughshod over F9/11, the facts and their record.

setting aside your animosity toward the democratic party, how do you propose changing the climate? even if every democratic senator took turns and denounced rice and the rest, do you really think it would be played on the media - and consequently to the vast majority of the nation that doesn't watch CSPAN or pay attention to floor debate - as anything more than the democrats whining, etc.? do you think there will be legions of voters out there who will watch fox, nbc, cbs, etc.'s coverage and change their opinions? it didn't happen after the 9/11 commission, it didn't happen after the failure of finding WMD, it didn't happen at racking up record deficits, why will it change minds now? do you really think bushco and their cohorts wouldn't just spin it right around and go on with their business as usual......

i don't know what the "most efficient theory" your referring to is. but if you've got an alternate plan to put these liars in the minority lay out for me, cause i'm all for hearing other options.....
