11. two very big problems
first, this thread was about Pelosi, and I think the Pelosi-Roemer link is extremely weak, which was my original point.

Second, the evidence this blogger claims of Roemer's intent to "destroy Social Security" just isn't evidence. It seems mostly to be based on Roemer's presence at this event. That's not evidence of anything. Nothing was provided of what Roemer said there, aside from some welcoming comments that said nothing about privitization or any other specific policies. And the part that the blogger put in boldface only mentioned Social Security in passing.

I have no idea what the Mercator Center is, or what membership in the center means about Roemer. Maybe it means Roemer is a disciple of Scaife, but that blog article sure doesn't demonstrate it.
