21. It might be harder then the thought it would be.
But to me it looks like they do have control. Not complete control, but still. It's not like someone else is taking it, it's just that the yield isn't as much as they'd like. There are interruptions and losses, and the pipe line needs to be repaired all the time. In addition Iraq may in fact be running out of oil, it may have had it's local "peak oil". But there's more in the Caspian sea area, and Iran is needed for pipe lines.
