53. Manhattan dwellers could EASILY get the ball rolling...
Due to population density and all. ;-)

Picture this:

Leaflets on every pole, under every windshield and in EVERY lobby and mailbox on the block that encourage folks to open their street-facing windows at say, 8:45 p.m. (after the "witching hour" for folks with small kids) on a Sunday or Monday evening (lotsa folks AT HOME those nights). Video cameras on the sidewalks and roofs... At the signal, folks throw open their windows and let loose, "IMPEACH BUSH," confetti, signs, caricature masks, helium balloons and leaflets with the same message printed of them flying EVERYWHERE! 9:00p.m. finito. Clean-up crew needs 30 minutes, brooms and some Hefty bags. Film at 11 ALL OVER THE WORLD!!! Easy! Colourful! No cops with truncheons, no tear gas, no muss, BIG FUSS!!! I can DREAM, can't I??? :silly:
