I just don't think the shrub is that intelligent. He just goes along with whatever his daddy, Rove & Cheney tell him. Poppy Bush is the real puppetmaster behind this charade, he is the one pulling the strings. Can you just imagine the look on the faces of Rove, Cheney & Poppy when lil' shrubya blurted out "I'm gonna get Saddam cuz he tried to kill my daddy"!
Rove must have smacked his forehead and yelled "who let him speak without a script again?? who told him to say that??"
This is something they told Little Georgie when he asked, with the innocence of a 5 year old, "why are we gonna get him again"?? He is just blindly following orders handed down to him from the puppet masters. Think about it... they all knew how dumb he was and they all knew that the fix was in to steal the election so they could use him as a puppet. If they wanted a smart one, they would have gone with Jeb or someone else. Little Georgie just fit their plan with his natural stupidity.
