The head of the NSA, just stated that the Fourth Amendment does not require "probable cause", but reasonable suspicion of criminal behaviour to justify wire taps and spying on U.S. citizens.
That's Fascism by any measure, DU could do well to review the loss of search & siezure on trains, on email communiques and on telephone conversations with government and amongs ourselves.
