These polls consist of more than 21 questions to be answered. In the 1st section (The Best and Worst), you use the arrow to scroll from one person to the next. Each time you go to a new person, you must click the words, "You vote: rate him." This will give you a tiny pop-up window for voting. The little window tends to hide behind the big window, so find it if it gets lost. In the 2nd section (The Up and Comers), you can scroll to the next person by hitting "Next" and it automatically provides you with a place to vote. There's a 3rd section but it's just a fun quiz.
