63. What you need to do

Is make the first objective of the redesign to make administration of the site easier and more efficient.

Something I think you should do is make it more of a community site. Maybe you could get 3 people per show to be deputies and record the shows for you and upload them to your server.

The name of the game in web technology is collaboration.

I'll look over your site this weekend and send you a screen shot of my suggested layout.
