27. 60 Days is Normal for Qui Tams...

Indy Op describes it correctly in his/her comment on this thread. This is, as I understand it, quite a normal procedure for the AG to be allowed 60 days to decide if they will join the suit or not. If they do, fine. If they don't, it moves forward any way with Papantonio, RFK Jr. and crew moving ahead on their own.

See my story on this today, including a link to Pap on last night's Mike Malloy in which he speaks about the 60 day issue specifically.

Just don't want folks to get outraged about the wrong thing. There's plenty else to be outraged about for sure!
