25. To me the job of Presidency equates to brain surgery,

only the Presidency is more important as it effects many more lives. I also believe you can be evil and stupid at the same time.

Regarding the plan, I believe Cheney chose Bush, not the other way around. Cheney was the connection to the money people and Bush had the name and the incurious mind. This plan would not have worked had the MCM (Mass Corporate Media) not been bought and paid for and enabled them to power.
