But I've seen him on C-SPAN give BRILLIANT, really poetic, speeches, and I've also seen off the cuff Q & A stuff where he is equally brilliant. I really think somebody needs to give him some tough love, and insist he gets enough sleep -- that really seems to make a difference for him. And, yeah, if your brain doesn't get proper rejuvenation it doesn't work as well.
