Requiring insurers to give rewards? That would surely increase the insurers costs which increase health care costs which increase corporate profits.

You won't have true universal health care coverage for this country until we eliminate the middleman. We don't need them for medicare so we surely don't need them if the plan is to extend medicare to all.

Do any of the candidates besides DK understand this?
