I think Kerry's campaign has been positive, and will continue to be so against Bush. Is defending oneself negative?

I don't see any purpose in dredging up all of the negative statements that Edwards hs offered during this campaign. There have been some. You'll no doubt, quibble as to whether the comments were negative. I think this recent push to 'define himself' against Kerry is full of negativity.

Anytime you call someone's baby ugly you can expect a reaction so . . . what happened to the issues?
