...and they have no policy of endorsing primary candidates, I don't think it would be ethical for them to use those funds to endorse any candidates. If they endorsed Obama, the Clinton supporters money would be used to endorse Obama, and if they endorsed Clinton, the Obama supporters money would go to endorse her. That is not ethical by any means.

If they established the fact that they were going to start endorsing primary candidates next year, it would give members the option to opt out before they donated, and then I would see no problems with it.
