37. Big win v. small win
The nice thing for Obama is he doesn't need to win them, he just needs to keep it close. If Tx and Oh go 52/48 or 51/49 in favor of HRC it is a meaningless win for her, especially if Obama wins in Wisconsin and Hawaii and pads his lead. She must have at least 60/40 in both to stay in the race. I don't see it happening.
