Endorsed O a yer ago, can deliver VA in GE!

Great speaker, organizer, if Obama wins, Kaine's Dem Lt Gov then runs as incumbent in 2009!!

VA has 4-year, one term limit for Gov., so Kaine is natural choice among all governors and a true progressive like Obama.

They also know and like each other a lot.
