It is easy to talk about change. Candidates of the party out of power do it every election cycle. Actually producing change is quite another thing. This is something that oddly has not been discussed much. Who has produced more change in their career: Clinton or Obama? We can start by listing the changes they have made and then comparing the achievements of both. Hillary was instrumental on the White House end in getting SCHIP to become law. Thanks to that 9 million children now have health insurance. That is quite a big change in my book.
