Obama is much more likeable, more charismatic. Let's face it, both Gore and Kerry were strong candidates, but had the charisma of a wooden pencil (Gore seems to have lightened up quite a bit since '00). Do we really want to run a candidate with such a strong negative rating as Hillary?

IF - and that's a very strong if - the scenario above plays out, AND Hillary is leading McCain in those same states by a comfortable margin then I would imagine that Obama might bow out. However, I just don't see that happeneing.
