out of this "Mute Obama" schtick today. Curiously, all of you are either HRC supporters, or simply believe all politicians are liars and crooks. No hard evidence required, only a hint, a suggestion, the merest suspicion that anything Obama does may be interpretable in some negative way-- perhaps a mere gesture, or even the way he looks at the camera, or phrases a comment-- and immediately Obama is already convicted of heinous crimes against humanity, honesty, justice and equality. He is a phoney, a two-face, a sexist, a this, a that... Admit it, you just don't fuckin' KNOW who he is, you haven't a clue, you couldn't UNDERSTAND a real clue if you were handed one-- so you just continue with your paranoia and hatred and slurs against a "poltician" who has a remarkably clean record for someone in that category, a remarkably intelligent, progressive set of political ambitions, and a clear, nuanced way of expressing himself. If all politicians are worthless liars, if all politics is a sham... why are you here? Why are you even bothering to express yourself here on this board? Cynicism, much? I know you've almost certainly been hurt by evil-minded, deceptive politicians in the past, but to focus all your bitterness and doubts about any and all politicians on Senator Obama? That's quite an emtional burden for any mere human being to carry, don't you think? Give it a rest...
