10. I'll give you my own testimony. You aren't too far off, though you are still way off.
I wasn't a Clinton supporter because I was in love with her. I was a Clinton supporter because I don't like Obama, and didn't from early on. I won't get into why, but you are half right. Where you are wrong is this: I didn't start opposing Obama because I first supported Clinton and got carried away with my rhetoric. I started opposing Obama because of what I saw in him and his actions (I won't bore you with facts, I've been there, and there's a blind spot a mile wide in Obama supporters, and it's pointless now, anyway). I began supporting Clinton because she was the only Obama opponent left by my primary. She wasn't my first, or second, choice (nor was Edwards).

I don't like Obama. My instincts, my historical training in observing facts objectively, my experience in politics as an insider and an outside observer, and everything in my life experiences tells me this isn't a good man, or a good candidate. I hope I'm wrong, at this point. But I came to those conclusions before I chose any other candidate, not because of any other candidate.

I don't fit any of the delusions or stereotypes I keep seeing Obama supporters trying to apply to those who don't like him. There may be some who do fit those images, but many I've seen are smart, open-minded, knowledgeable, and good people, and we see things in this man that his supporters clearly don't. And we feel more objective, because we can see your point, but you can't see ours, or our evidence (as I know from posting tons of irrefutable evidence and having dismissed by people who don't even understand the issues).

Now, you've got two choices from this point on. You can keep posting the Clinton bashing crap (ironically, proving that your candidate and his supporters are not as honorable as they pretend) and thus keep this shit going and going and going until it hurts the party. Or you can swallow your pop-psychology and your misinformed stereotypes and not say anything more about Clinton, in which case Clinton supporters will have no reason to speak up anymore. After all, from this point on the only reasons to trash Obama are either to support McCain, in which case the poster would be tombstoned, or to defend Clinton from attacks from Obama supporters.

In short, if y'all shut up, it will go away.

Your choice. Be the change you pretend you want, or just keep on with the hating and let's through eggs at McCain's inauguration. I'm tired of eggs.
