28. That's good. Nice response.
The "so the Constitution is not important" or "you must not love the Constitution" are some of the straw men responses that I see posted. Right, only they care for the Constitution or think it is important and there is only one viable point of view--theirs. This is used in exactly the same way that Republicans will accuse you of not loving America or being a patriot unless you agree with them.

This reminds me of last month when it was reported that Feingold would put up procedural roadblocks to stop the FISA vote. He was then derided here with comments like "big deal, procedural roadblocks", but when he said he would support a filibuster, then it was "He is a patriot, a patriot!"
