Karen Dunn to Obamaland

Karen Dunn, a former aide to Hillary Rodham Clinton, is becoming the deputy to Obama's chief strategist, David Axelrod, a source familiar with the plan said.

Dunn was a fixture on Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign became her Senate press secretary. She left Hillaryland in 2003 go to Yale Law School, and has been http://www.abovethelaw.com/2007/04/october_term_2007_clerk_hiring_2.php">clerking for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.

Though Dunn hasn't been part of Clinton's apparatus since the senator began ramping up in earnest for her White House bid, she remains close to Clinton's former co-chief strategist Howard Wolfson.

Dunn will work for Axelrod's consulting firm, AKPD Media, and add a layer of organizational infrastructure to a consultant whose main client, obviously, is Obama.
