That being said, it seems to me that starting a thread such as this one with the OP you posted is a pretty disproportionate response to a response posted in a locked thread. And the fact that you did not explain that you were responding to one post in a previously locked thread led many to believe that something much worse and more troubling had occurred on the boards.
