67. They are not cost effective or an effective use of staff time.
They get stolen at a high rate, they're expensive, and someone has to deal with getting them out there. The reality is that the election takes place on TV, so getting the candidate on TV or the internet is the ball game. Bumper stickers make their owners feel more gung ho, and achieve little otherwise.
