The following is an email from Alan Grayson for Congress in Florida's Congressional District 8.
Alan is a really great guy and a proud progressive who has run his campaign using local grassroots people instead of the Washington Beltway crowd and has had really good success thus far thrashing his establishment opponent in the primary and changing the registration of the district from -3 to +1 and now leading in the polls by 7 over Ric Keller his Republican opponent.
Help us defeat Ric and send Ric home and Alan to Washington.
We need you to help, vote, and donate. Tonight is the last night to donate.
Thanks,
Doug D.

We've all worked as a team during this campaign, and now we need your help to finish strong in the last five days! Can you contribute $10, $25 or $50 now to help ensure that Alan Grayson is our next congressman? Every little bit helps, so please donate now!
With just five days to go, this election is coming down to the wire. So far in District 8, 5,000 more Democrats than Republicans have voted, but the race is far from over.
During the past several weeks, Ric Keller has stepped up his spurious attacks on Alan Grayson.
Because Keller has accomplished virtually nothing in his eight years in office, he cannot run a positive campaign and has resorted to these underhanded tactics in a last-ditch attempt to frighten people into voting for him.
Please help us fight back against the Republican attack machine by donating $10, $25 or $50 today!
With your help, we'll send to Washington a congressman who will fight for Central Florida and the values we hold dear.
Early vote with Alan Grayson!
Alan Grayson will be at the Fall Fiesta in the Park at Lake Eola this Saturday to help get out the early vote! Come by the booth to meet Alan, talk about the issues and go vote before the Election Day rush!
As you've probably heard by now, early voting hours have been extended. Locations throughout District 8 will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. today, Friday and Saturday.
If you have any questions about voting, please contact your supervisor of elections office for more information.
