19. Oh hell yeah.
Here's the thing. Even if you had doubts about the authenticity of the caller ("no problem," and faltering French accent), you can't very well call the person out because you could be wrong. So what do you do? I would just go with it and answer the questions in an intelligent and thoughtful manner. But not Palin. Nooooo. She talked to the 'alledged' President of France like a college student who just got a call from a long-lost sorority sister who wanted to go out partying. She's so unprofessional and Valley-girlish it's embarrassing. Even before "Zarkozy" got on the phone, she's talking to her staff over the phone line, "he's not on yet." Dear God.

L.O.S.E.R. or Blithering idiot. Take your pick.
