You answered your own question and the only reason this is posted here is because Bill Cosby is black.

It makes bigots feel better about themselves because they can say "look, a black man agrees with me."

And if Oprah (or some other prominent African-American) came out and said she agreed with the president I guarantee the poster would NOT post it, but if she said what Bill Cosby said the poster would post it in a heartbeat.

It's akin to saying "I'm not a bigot because I have black friends."
