Sam Seder just said Bush is Two-Faced on security.

Bush tries to present himself as the man who will keep us safe but during the debate:

John Kerry listed how Bush has
failed to truly make America more secure: 95% of
shipping containers uninspected, funding for local
police and firefighters not available, chemical plants
inadequately guarded. Kerry said he wanted to change
that.

George W. Bush replied, "I don't think we want to get
to how he's going to pay for all these promises."
