Lieberman, Kerry and Gephardt's response to those remarks just demonstrate that they are desperate to try anything to invigorate their campaigns that have not generated much of anything. The whole premise of democracy is that everyone should receive a fair trial. The same thing is presently occuring with Milosivich and other war criminals in the Balkans and war in Rawanda. Even Goering, Ribbentrop and Spear received trials and bin Laden's actions dwarf what those criminals perpetrated. Those three had an opprotunity to take a stand in fall of 2002 and blew it by giving authority to the chimp.
