8. Exit polls - how far off from "official" vote

One measure of the amount of fraud is how many votes got converted, lost, or added? I forget the figures for the US, in terms of overall popular vote (have we heard, actually?), but I know I haven't heard the figures for the Ukraine. How far off were they?

The question of which country had more fraud is ambiguous, however. Do you mean in absolute numbers - the total number of incorrect votes (a swap counts for two wrong) - or relative numbers in terms of a percentage of population, or percentage of all who voted?
