21. Was Curtis Credible?
I'm not sure. He sounded very reasonable, but seemed strangely relaxed for someone whose dog had just been shot dead--upsetting enough in itself--and on top of that he was, at the time of the interview, surely afraid for his own life.

It's very hard to judge someone's honesty by his voice or even his appearance. That is not to say that I don't believe he was telling the truth. I simply don't know.
