37. Judge says shouldn't we be looking at it from the
point of view of the voter, kroll says he didn't understand her question. he just argued that harm would come to his client if the TRO was lifted and ballots were counted.And that was the concern,not the voter the court should be worried about. His position is the ballots were rejected originally, Joly says they were not rejected.
